  • Purchased packages are one-time and do not renew automatically.
  • Package durations are 1, 3, and 12 months.
  • API usage is activated after direct contact with Voiser.

2. Delivery

  • Service is delivered when rights are defined in the account.
  • Delivery is digital; no physical shipping is involved.

3. Service Commencement

  • Service starts with the first use after purchase.
  • Any voiceover or transcription action signifies service activation.

4. Return Conditions

  • Refunds are possible only if no characters/minutes have been consumed.
  • No refund can be made once consumption begins.
  • The right of withdrawal is not applicable for digital services after usage.
  • In case of refund, unused rights remain valid.
