1. Definitions and General Terms
These Terms of Use govern the usage of services provided by Voiser AI Ltd (“Voiser”), a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 15255746, having its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.
Voiser provides services including text-to-speech conversion, speech-to-text transcription, AI-powered video generation, voice cloning, and AI dubbing via the website at voiser.ai and official mobile applications. All individuals accessing these services (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Definitions:
- Service: All digital content creation services offered by Voiser.
- Platform: The voiser.ai website and official Voiser mobile applications.
- Credit: A virtual unit used to perform certain actions on the Platform.
- API: The interface that enables integration of Voiser services into third-party systems.
- Pay-As-You-Go: A billing model in which API customers are charged based on actual usage.
2. Data Protection
Voiser processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to the UK Data Protection Act, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other relevant international regulations.
2.1 Data Controller
Voiser AI Ltd is the data controller responsible for ensuring the security and lawful processing of personal data.
2.2 Purposes of Processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes: Service delivery, Payment processing, Customer support, System security, Usage analytics, Compliance with legal obligations.
2.3 Consent and Information
Voiser only processes data based on the user’s explicit consent. All users are informed of data processing practices during registration, and they may withdraw their consent at any time.
2.4 Data Retention
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined or as required by law. After this period, data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized. Payment-related data is stored solely by third-party payment processors.
2.5 User Rights

3. Services
Voiser offers a variety of digital services through its official website (voiser.ai) and mobile applications. Available features and functionality may vary depending on the platform, selected subscription plan, or service type.
3.1 Services Provided via Website
a) a) Text to Speech (TTS)
Users can convert written text into audio files using various language, voice, speed, and emotional tone options. Voiceovers may be used for personal or commercial purposes depending on the selected plan. Bulk or automated voice generation is available through the API. Audio files are provided in downloadable formats, and usage rights are determined by the license type.
b) b) Speech to Text (STT)
Users can upload audio or video files to obtain automated transcripts. Advanced features such as timecodes, speaker identification, and summarization may be available on specific plans. Transcription results are provided in editable and exportable formats.
c) c) AI Video Generator
Users can create videos using text, images, or existing video files with the help of AI. Three main generation types are offered: Text to Video, Image to Video, Video Upscaler. Pricing is based on a credit system. Each generation type consumes a different amount of credits. Depending on the selected plan, additional features may include: Video quality options (720p / 2K / 4K), Subtitle support, Custom voices, API access, Technical support. Generated videos are stored on the system for up to 30 days. Expired videos are deleted automatically. Processing time and access limits for large files (e.g., over 1 GB) may vary depending on technical infrastructure.
3.2 Services Provided via Mobile Application
a) a) Text to Speech (TTS)
Mobile users can convert short texts into speech using selected voices and languages. Each session allows up to 3,500 characters. Bonus credits can be earned through daily spins or by completing tasks. Voiceovers can be played within the app or exported.
b) b) Speech to Text (STT)
Users can upload voice recordings from their mobile device and receive automated transcripts. Some plans offer features like summarization, keyword extraction, and AI-based Q&A. Uploaded audio files are processed with respect to privacy, and access is restricted.
c) c) Voice Cloning
Users can record their voice to generate a personalized AI voice clone. Cloned voices are usable only within the app and cannot be transferred to third parties. Voice samples are processed with explicit user consent and may be deleted by Voiser under certain conditions.
d) d) AI Dubbing
Users can upload videos or audio content for multilingual dubbing. Voices are generated by AI to closely resemble natural speech. Each dubbing task consumes a variable number of credits depending on duration and language. Dubbing with cloned voices is available only on eligible plans.
4. API Usage
Voiser offers API (Application Programming Interface) access for enterprise clients to integrate text-to-speech and speech-to-text services. API usage is subject to the following terms:
4.1 Integration and Access
API documentation and access keys are provided only to authorized users with Professional or Enterprise plans. Professional plans can be purchased directly through the Voiser website, and API access is granted automatically via the user panel. For Enterprise plans, access credentials are shared manually through direct communication with Voiser. The API enables automatic voice generation from text or transcription from audio files within the client’s own systems.
4.2 Plan-Based API Access
API access is limited to users with active Professional or Enterprise plans. Usage is restricted to the allocated characters (TTS) or minutes (STT) included in the purchased plan. Access remains valid only for the duration and limits of the subscribed plan.
4.3 Pay-As-You-Go Model (Custom Agreements)
Voiser may offer a pay-as-you-go model under specific enterprise agreements. In this model, clients are charged per character (TTS) or minute (STT) used. A monthly minimum usage threshold and fee may apply, billed regardless of actual usage. This model is only available through a written agreement.
4.4 Technical Access and Link Sharing
Content generated via API can be accessed through secure links restricted to authorized users. Voiser may limit direct linking, embedding, or third-party sharing of API-generated content due to security or technical reasons. These restrictions do not constitute a breach of service; users are deemed to have accepted these limitations in advance.
4.5 Hosting and SLA (Service Level Agreement)
Voiser stores API-generated files for a limited time on its servers, depending on file size, service type, and server load. In general, storage is limited to 30 days under most plans. Expired files are automatically deleted. Voiser aims to maintain 99.5% monthly uptime for API services. Scheduled maintenance and force majeure are excluded from this target. Technical support for API services is available exclusively to Enterprise users.
5. Subscriptions and Payment Terms
5.1 Subscription Plans
Voiser offers subscription plans that renew weekly, monthly, or annually via its website and mobile applications. Users are entitled to the rights specified in the relevant plan for the duration of their subscription.
5.2 Automatic Renewal
Unless stated otherwise, all subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. This applies to purchases made via voiser.ai as well as those made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Users may cancel their subscription at any time before the next renewal date.
5.3 Credit System and Tasks
Within the mobile app, users may earn bonus credits by completing tasks or spinning a daily reward wheel. These bonus credits can only be used within the app and are not redeemable for cash. Credits purchased via the website are subject to platform-specific pricing and are non-transferable between platforms.
5.4 Payment Methods
Website purchases can be made using credit cards or supported online payment methods. Mobile purchases are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store infrastructure.
5.5 Price Changes and Renewal Terms
Voiser reserves the right to modify its subscription pricing at any time. If prices change, users will be notified before the next renewal date. If a user does not accept the new pricing, they must cancel their subscription at least 7 days before the renewal date. Otherwise, the subscription will renew at the updated rate.
6. Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Refund Policy
6.1 Nature of Digital Services
Voiser's services are classified as intangible digital content delivered instantly in electronic form. Therefore, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws.
6.2 Website Purchases
Once a purchase is completed, the corresponding credits are allocated or the subscription is activated. Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, refunds are not available after purchase. If a technical issue prevents access to the service, users may contact support. Voiser may offer equivalent service credits in such cases.
6.3 App Store / Google Play Purchases
Refund requests for mobile app purchases are subject to Apple’s and Google’s own refund policies. Users must contact the respective app store for any refund inquiries. Voiser has no control over these third-party policies.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 General Provisions
All software, interfaces, voice files, graphics, texts, logos, and other content made available on the Voiser platform are the property of Voiser or used under appropriate licenses. Users agree to use Voiser’s services only for personal or licensed purposes. Content generated via the service may not be sold, distributed, modified, or reproduced beyond the scope of the user’s license.
7.2 Generated Content
Content generated through TTS, STT, or AI Video tools grants users limited rights as defined by the selected license. For commercially licensed content, Voiser does not claim any royalties or distribution rights. However, users are solely responsible for ensuring that their content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
7.3 Use of Feedback
Users agree that any feedback, suggestions, or comments provided to Voiser regarding its products or services may be used globally, without time limitation, free of charge, for commercial or development purposes. Voiser reserves the right to share or use such feedback for product development. These submissions are not considered confidential.
8. User Obligations
Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the platform. Each account is intended for individual use and must not be shared with third parties. In all actions carried out on the platform, users must not:
- Upload or use copyrighted material without proper authorization, Share content involving hate speech, violence, sexually explicit material, defamatory remarks, or violations of personal rights.
- Engage in any behavior that could harm Voiser’s infrastructure or interfere with its services. Voiser reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to its services in cases of misuse, excessive usage, fraudulent behavior, or system manipulation.
8.1 Content Moderation and Removal Rights
Voiser reserves the right to monitor, remove, or restrict user-generated or uploaded content that violates applicable laws, third-party rights, or community guidelines. Voiser may remove such content, suspend accounts, or restrict access without prior notice. Such action shall be deemed a violation of these Terms of Use.
9. Term and Termination
These Terms of Use become effective upon the user’s first access to the platform. Users may terminate their account or cancel their subscription at any time. Voiser reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account in violation of these terms. In cases of abuse, fraud, or serious violations (e.g., copyright infringement), Voiser may terminate the account without prior notice.
9.1 Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
The parties agree to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiations. If resolution is not possible, the parties agree to submit to individual binding arbitration. Class actions, collective proceedings, or representative claims are explicitly waived. Users who do not wish to be bound by the arbitration clause may opt out by notifying Voiser in writing within 30 days of accepting these terms.
10. Notifications and Communication
All notifications, including updates, billing reminders, and legal notices, will be sent to the user’s registered email address. Users are responsible for keeping their email address up to date. Emails are considered received within 2 days of being sent.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties agree to resolve disputes amicably, but if legal proceedings are necessary, jurisdiction will lie with the competent courts of England and Wales. Users may also seek redress through applicable consumer protection bodies in their country of residence.
12. Updates and Modifications
Voiser may update these Terms of Use at any time. Revised terms become effective upon publication at voiser.ai. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user’s responsibility to review the terms regularly.
13. Export Restrictions and Legal Compliance
Users agree to use Voiser services in accordance with applicable national and international export control laws. Voiser services are subject to export control and sanction laws imposed by the United States, the European Union, and the United Kingdom.
Users agree not to:
- Use the services in sanctioned countries or regions
- Interact with entities prohibited by U.S., EU, or UK regulations
- Transfer export-controlled technologies
Voiser reserves the right to restrict access to its services if legally required.
14. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Voiser may integrate third-party providers for services such as infrastructure, payment processing, analytics, content hosting, machine translation, and artificial intelligence.
Voiser is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or security issues arising from these third-party providers. Users acknowledge that the accuracy and reliability of such third-party data are their sole responsibility.
15. Mobile Application and App Store Terms
The Voiser mobile application is distributed through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The terms of these platforms also apply to the use of the Voiser mobile application.
Apple and Google are not responsible for the content, performance, support, updates, or warranties of the Voiser app. Users acknowledge that Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and have the right to enforce these terms on their behalf.
