- Services are digital and provided as character and minute-based usage rights.
- Purchased packages are one-time and do not renew automatically.
- Package durations are 1, 3, and 12 months.
- API usage is activated after direct contact with Voiser.
2. Delivery
- Service is delivered when rights are defined in the account.
- Delivery is digital; no physical shipping is involved.
3. Service Commencement
- Service starts with the first use after purchase.
- Any voiceover or transcription action signifies service activation.
4. Return Conditions
- Refunds are possible only if no characters/minutes have been consumed.
- No refund can be made once consumption begins.
- The right of withdrawal is not applicable for digital services after usage.
- In case of refund, unused rights remain valid.
